The multi-million dollar tower comprises 147 rooms and a children’s imaging department. The expansion also added 15 emergency rooms to bring the hospital’s total to 40.

Children’s Hospital CEO Robery Lenza told KSAT, “The growing demands for children’s services in San Antonio and South Texas really is what led to this.”
