The 14,000-square-foot medical office building will offer laboratory and X-ray services, as well as specialized care, such as adult and pediatric endocrinology, neurology, rheumatology and adult and pediatric dermatology, according to the report.
“Decatur Memorial Hospital is proud to expand family medicine and specialty services on the DMH campus through this collaboration with Springfield Clinic,” said Tim Stone, president and CEO of Decatur Memorial Hospital, according to the report. “We welcome Springfield Clinic to the DMH campus to increase access in our community for patients needing family medicine and specialty medical services negating the need to travel out of town.”
The facility will also be designed to accommodate future expansion.
