1. The 40,000 square foot, three-story facility will connect to the hospital’s outpatient rehabilitation center, according to the report.
2. Features of the facility will include:
- A cafe/coffee bar
- OB/GYN physician practices
- An orthopedic practice suite
- A digital X-ray suite
- General medicine and pediatric practices
- Family medicine practices
- A suite designed for various specialists
3. The hospital expects the medical office building to cost between $4 million to $5 million and open in fall 2017.
