Banner Health to build 120-bed hospital

Phoenix-based Banner Health will soon begin construction on a four-story, 120-bed hospital in Chandler, Ariz., according to an AZ Big Media report.

The facility, which is estimated to cost more than $150 million, will offer emergency care, intensive care, surgical procedures, imaging services as well as labor and delivery services. It will be build adjacent to the existing Banner Health Center in Chandler.

Banner Health officials have yet to name the hospital.

Construction is slated for completion in the fall of 2020.
