For this report, KLAS interviewed healthcare professionals about the IT solutions and services their organizations use. This evaluation included 16 numerical rating questions and four yes-or-no questions. The scores from these questions were used to create an overall performance score measured on a scale of 100 points. These questions were then grouped into six customer experience pillars: culture, loyalty, operations, product, relationship and value.

The survey revealed that Epic customers prefer the Welcome solution over third-party alternatives due to its seamless integration, cost-effectiveness, robust support and overall functionality. Users also reported positive outcomes, citing improvements in office staff efficiency and a reduction in manual work.

However, Epic respondents also expressed lower satisfaction with training, emphasizing the need for more in-depth, product-specific resources.
