By leveraging Komodo’s Healthcare Map, which comprises encounter data from more than 150 private and public payers, Veradigm will be able to develop a linked dataset containing a longitudinal view of almost 50 million deidentified patients. The linked dataset will feature detailed clinical and patient lifestyle information as well as cost and use data recorded across all care settings.
The partnership aims to offer researchers opportunities to integrate patient history and behavior, clinical symptoms and outcomes, and use patterns of drug and health services with costs to individuals and payers.
