Three notes:
1. Contineo Health, which is partnered with more than 30 hospital systems across the U.S., analyzes and integrates health data to improve health outcomes and patient engagement.
2. Through the acquisition, UST Global aims to develop business solutions that support payer-provider collaboration. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
3. UST Global will provide its healthcare customers with new offerings from Contineo Health for the EHR space.
