Three notes:
1. TransformativeMed designed its CORES clinical workflow, which is built using Mpages custom toolkit and embedded into Cerner, to streamline clinical communications within the EHR.
2. A primary component of the system, the CORE value suite, features mobile-to-desktop apps designed to organize and present EHR-based patient information in formats unique to each specialty provider’s priorities.
3. UT Medical Center established its contract with TransformativeMed in 2013. The new extension includes CORES use for up to 650 beds across the medical center.
