St. Luke’s Medical Center is a Joint Commission International-accredited hospital. The medical center comprises 1,146 rooms.
By deploying Allscripts’ EHR system, St. Luke’s will have access to integrated analytics from all points of care at the medical center. The hospital aims to achieve status on the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society’s Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model, which tracks healthcare organizations’ progress toward EHR modernization.
“Our goal in St. Luke’s is to continuously strive to improve the patient experience and the delivery of high-quality healthcare,” said Arturo De La Peña, MD, St. Luke’s Medical Center president and CEO, according to a news release. “We aim to maintain our gold standard of global healthcare. Implementing Allscripts Sunrise EHR will help us achieve this goal by providing a single patient record with standardized data.”
