The Accrual to Clinical Trials Network is an open-access platform available to researchers throughout the National Institutes of Health’s Clinical and Translational Science Award consortium. The ACT Network currently comprises more than 125 million patient records from institutions including Penn State Health Milton S. Hersey (Pa.) Medical Center.
