Oracle Cerner will implement Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure services, via the Oracle Cloud Dubai Region, to operate and manage King’s College Hospital London’s EHR system, according to a Feb. 6 release from Oracle Cerner.
The new system aims to reduce the health system’s operational and financial obligations, as well as reduce its IT expenditure and regain valuable data center space at its facilities.
The partnership marks the first cloud deployment by Oracle Cerner in the region.
