The new cloud-based EHR system includes telehealth features, speech-to-text scribe software and health planning dashboards, according to a Dec. 21 eClinicalWorks news release.
“Our previous EHR solution was scattered across our range of specialties — including internal medicine, OB-GYN, pediatrics, pharmacy and more — making our operations confusing,” Family Health CIO Terrance Thigpen said. “EClinicalWorks provided a holistic solution, offering features including easy cross-specialty screen transitions, online booking and behavioral health modules that make it easier for our providers to track patient needs, provide care and meet reporting standards.”
