Under the agreement, the health system’s hospital and clinics will transition to the Cerner Millennium EHR, which provides physicians with access to patients’ clinical and financial data.

The Cerner CommunityWorks IT platform will also offer patients access to an online portal to message physicians, schedule appointments and access their health history.
