Greenway Health partners with PatientPop to ease scheduling burden

Greenway Health, a health IT solutions provider based in Carrollton, Ga., signed an agreement with Santa Monica, Calif.-based PatientPop to offer scheduling integration on its EHR and practice management system.

The integration between PatientPop and the Greenway Prime Suite platforms will help mutual customers streamline scheduling and reduce no-show appointments. Patients get up-to-date appointment availability information when scheduling online with PatientPop, which syncs with Greenway's EHR calendar.

"Consumer trends and expectations are rapidly changing the way practices operate and market their business. PatientPop and Greenway are both focused on technology ease-of-use, with the goal of making life easier for doctors and patients. Bringing our platforms together is a big step to turn that into a reality for practices," Suzanne Fulton, director of business development at Greenway Health, said.
