Epic is planning a fantastical theme for its upcoming sixth campus, the Wisconsin State Journal reported March 10.

The campus is slated to be named “Other Worlds” and will include office buildings designed to look like the “mountain valley home of the elves,” according to the publication.

Some of the building will include “Elvendell,” which is described as the elves’ “mountain valley residence”; “Azland,” which features a two-story front entrance designed to resemble a slightly open wardrobe; and “Floating Forest,” a structure predominantly constructed with curtain wall glass, incorporating three-story trees.

The buildings will be interconnected either through underground tunnels or skywalks and are anticipated to house approximately 400 individual offices each. According to the planning documents submitted to the city, the first office building is projected to be occupied by early 2026.

In April, Epic will seek preliminary approvals from the Verona Plan Commission for the three office buildings and an underground dining hall, which is part of its new campus development on the northwest side of its 1,700-acre property.
