Epic named ‘Best in KLAS’ overall software suite for the past decade

For the 10th consecutive year, Epic scooped up the No. 1 spot on KLAS Research’s 2020 Overall Software Suite Rankings.

For its annual “Best in KLAS” rankings, KLAS Research compiles information obtained from approximately 2,500 interviews conducted with providers and payers each month. The interviews represent opinions of healthcare professionals and clinicians from more than 4,500 hospitals and 2,500 clinics. 

The overall software suite ranking is for vendors that provide a suite of products and solutions that clients would purchase to address their core IT needs, such as clinical and financial systems. The rankings consider the following six components: culture, loyalty, operations, product, relationship and value.

Here is the list of KLAS overall software suite rankings, based on a 100-point scale.

1. Epic: 85.9

2. Meditech C/S: 77.1

3. Allscripts Paragon: 71.5

4. Cerner: 70.6

5. Allscripts: 67.6

6. CPSI Evident Thrive: 66.9
