Health data science company Eon has joined the Epic App Market, a marketplace of software add-ons for healthcare organizations that use Epic.
The addition of Eon to the marketplace will allow users of Eon's patient management software and Epic's EHR system to transfer data between both systems, according to a Nov. 4 Eon news release.
"Eon Patient Management simplifies the detection and longitudinal tracking of potentially dangerous abnormalities. And while 40 percent of Eon's current clients are Epic users, the app market allows for certain integration application program interfaces' that potentially can make processes more effective and efficient," Fahad Siraj, Eon product manager, said in the release.
