EHR vendors stock report: Week of Oct. 1-5

One of the three major publicly-traded EHR vendors saw its stock prices fall last week.

Athenahealth saw the only dip in share price at 1.60 percent.

Here is how the three EHR vendors stacked up as of Oct. 5. The companies are listed in alphabetical order.

  • Allscripts (Chicago): $13.73 per share (up 1.25 percent)
  • athenahealth (Watertown, Mass.): $124.50 per share (down 1.60 percent)
  • Cerner (North Kansas City, Mo.): $64.48 per share (up 0.23 percent)

Other top EHRs, including eClinicalWorks, Epic and Meditech, are privately held.
