eClinicalWorks to roll out telemedicine, virtual assistant on EHR

eClinicalWorks unveiled telemedicine and virtual assistant solutions at its conference in Dallas Oct. 6.

The healow Virtual Room integrates telemedicine services into the eClinicalWorks EHR, allowing patients to conference with other providers while visiting an onsite clinic. The eClinicalWorks Virtual Assistant aims to improve user experience by allowing clinicians to interact with V11, the company’s newest EHR version launching Dec. 15, via voice technology.
