DrChrono unveils EHR consultant network program: 3 notes

DrChrono launched an EHR consultant network program to help independent consultants achieve certification on its platform.

Three notes:

1. The consulting network program is free to join and aims to assist physicians and medical practices with managing EHR processes, including evaluation, implementation and training.

2. The program offers four levels of certification, beginning with evaluator consultants, implementation manager consultants, implementation and training onsite consultants and affiliate consultants.

3. Through the new program, DrChrono aims to help EHR system consultants outside of medical practices improve their IT support experience.

"Practices are becoming more dependent on outside liaisons, and we're excited to offer this new training program that offers more tools and resources benefitting the client and the IT consultant," DrChrono Co-founder and COO Daniel Kivatinos, said in a news release emailed to Becker's Hospital Review. "This new program compliments our in-house services and is meant to offer consultants the ability to become certified and leverage their expertise and geographic reach to provide a more personal implementation/support experience for our practices."
