The system combines the 89-bed teaching hospital’s different workflow systems, such as clinical, financial, inventory and scheduling, into one system. The new EHR system also features upgraded metrics tracking, documentation and charge generation. It enables secure health information exchange electronically.
The hospital has worked on launching the new system for one year.
