Cerner president sells $10M in shares

Zane Burke, the president of Cerner, sold 151,818 shares of the company on Aug. 28, according to Fairfield Current.

Here are three things to know:

1. Mr. Burke sold the stock at an average price of $65.44 for a total value of $9,934,969.92.

2. He now owns 37,418 shares of the company's stock, valued at about $2,448,633.92.

3. On Aug. 31, shares of Cerner traded up $0.10 during trading hours, hitting $65.25. The company saw 35,397 shares trade hands, compared to its average 1,871,683.
