The partnership aims to help providers make more informed treatment decisions, control costs and streamline care delivery across health systems to the home. By integrating ResMed’s digital platform, Cerner will provide its clients with patient data to help make decisions and more easily transition patients from acute settings to out-of-hospital care.

Cerner will also integrate other digital health data platforms from ResMed, including those for sleep apnea and respiratory care devices, to its EHR and HealtheIntent population platform.
