The employee is accused of accessing names, addresses and phone numbers of 3,780 patients in the CICMC EHR to take with them to a competing clinic, according to the report.
The information was accessed Aug. 4 to Nov. 4, 2022, and CICMC has filed a lawsuit to ensure the information isn’t wrongly used.
