Baptist Memorial Health Care, based in Memphis, Tenn., activated its Epic Cloud instance on Amazon Web Services.
Tom Barnett, chief digital information officer of the health system, made the announcement via LinkedIn on Oct. 22.
The transition to the cloud was worked on by Baptist Memorial, Epic Systems, Optimum Health IT and Amazon Web Services.
