The private specialty medical group previously used the Greenway Health EHR. It will now utilize eClinicalWorks V11, which features a virtual assistant and healow TeleVisits telemedicine service. The eClinicalWorks EHR also offers seamless integration with both CommonWell Health Alliance and Carequality.
Additionally, the eClinicalWorks EHR links “patient demographics and medical records to insurance, billing and claims data. These features are very appealing to PCI as we move forward with our next generation EHR,” said PCI CEO Michael Sundall.
