The collaborative comprises Southbridge, Mass.-based Harrington Healthcare, Holyoke (Mass.) Medical Center and Heywood Healthcare in Gardner, Mass. All three hospitals will deploy Meditech’s Expanse EHR across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

The three health systems collectively serve hundreds of thousands of patients throughout central and western Massachusetts. With Expanse, which is designed to accommodate both mobile and web access, the health systems’ physicians and patients will experience flexibility when accessing medical records, according to a news release.
