Here’s which EMR vendors 500+bed hospitals chose for their new systems in 2018:
· Epic: 163
· Cerner: 77
· Allscripts: 16
· Meditech 12
Of these EMR vendors, just Epic and Cerner had positive net changes in market share among 500+-bed hospitals over the past 10 years, with 58 percent and 27 percent respectively.
