Clarksville, Tenn.-based Tennova Hospital locked down its emergency room Sunday evening after police received several different calls about a person with a gun in the hospital's parking lot, according to a WSMV report.
Clarksville police received multiple 911 calls at approximately 5:14 p.m. Sunday, which included a suspicious person loading a gun, shots fired and an active shooter in the hospital's parking lot.
The hospital placed the ER on a brief lockdown while police searched the hospital grounds. Police did not find a credible threat or validity to the 911 callers' claims.
The lockdown has since been lifted.
