Hospital security informed APD officers of several witnesses observing the 26-year-old man masturbating in the ER lobby.

One witness with his five-year-old daughter observed the man standing by the receptionist desk staring at the girl before pulling his pants down and beginning to masturbate. The man continued to make offensive gestures to patients in the waiting room.

Officers arrested the man for indecent exposure after reviewing the hospital’s surveillance video. It is unclear whether the man was a patient at the time of the incident.
