Microsoft has rolled out new cloud capabilities for payers that focus on unlocking unstructured data for better member outreach and care management.
Here are the four new features for payers, according to an April 12 release from Microsoft:
- A new place within the cloud where payers can aggregate, access and utilize different types of data.
- A care management outreach tool that can automate workflows with scenario templates.
- A remote care management feature so healthcare providers can better support hybrid care environments.
- A virtual health data table in which payers can have real-time updates on the clinical data that is stored in Healthcare Interoperability Resources servers.
