Adventist Health to improve digital patient experience with GetWellNetwork partnership

Adventist Health inked a digital patient experience partnership with GetWellNetwork, the Roseville, Calif.-based health system said July 26.

GetWellNetwork is a digital healthcare company that helps providers and patients maintain better communication.

Under the partnership, GetWellNetwork will provide services for artificial intelligence-enabled texting, live customer navigation, comprehensive digital care plans, and a fully integrated and mobile inpatient experience. 

Adventist Health will work with the company to jointly develop "GetWell Anywhere," a mobile app to improve digital coordination of the patient experience. The app is intended to expand access to healthcare and improve health outcomes among Medicaid enrollees.

The partnership is Adventist Health's latest move to fulfill its 2030 vision. Some goals included in the vision are to reach more than 10 million patients annually with care and health initiatives, reduce healthcare costs by 30 percent, and ensure at least half of all patient engagement is digital.
