Video is top priority for 76% of marketers, study finds

The majority of marketing experts plan to make video their foremost priority for 2019-2020, with B2B marketers focusing specifically on newsfeed videos and those in B2C concentrating on Instagram Stories, according to a new Mondo report.

Here are the nine most important strategies for marketers in the coming year, as identified by the Mondo Creative & Digital Trends report, which surveyed more than 1,000 creative and digital marketing decision-makers.

1. Video — 76 percent

2. General Data Protection Regulation compliance — 55 percent

3. Artificial intelligence- and machine learning-powered tech or services — 41 percent

4. Reactive design — 38 percent

5. Experiential marketing — 31 percent

6. Micro-moments — 28 percent

7. Motion design — 24 percent

8. Visual search — 21 percent

9. Voice search — 10 percent
