UPMC Unleashes New $16M Ad Campaign

The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center has introduced its new $16 million advertising campaign, according to a Pittsburgh Tribune-Review report.

The campaign includes full-page ads in newspapers and magazines, TV ads, a modified logo and a new tagline: “Life changing medicine.”

UPMC officials say the cost of this advertising campaign is not new or increased spending, and UPMC ‘s advertising costs have never exceed .2 percent of its annual revenue.
