The name change comes after the hospital was chosen to be the flagship for Nashville, Tenn.-based Lifepoint Health. In October, Paris Regional said it would rebrand as part of the transition, according to a Jan. 18 release from Paris.

The rebranding project, which is currently in its first phase, will focus on exterior signage and will continue throughout the year.

The hospital said the name and icon updates do not impact any operational or ownership changes.
