Danbury, Conn.-based Nuvance Health is transitioning its website and social media channels to its parent system, New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health.
Northwell merged with the seven-hospital network last May to form a 28-hospital, $22.6 billion organization.
“Nuvance Health socials are merging with Northwell! Follow Northwell Health to watch this brand new era in your care unfold,” Nuvance posted in May on its social media accounts.
Nuvance Health’s website is still live but is directing patients to Northwell’s.
