Whitefield, N.H.-based North Country Healthcare has issued a request for proposals for a strategic communications and content creation retainer.
The three-hospital system is seeking a firm to function as an extension of its internal communications team — not a vendor running traditional marketing campaigns. NCH frames the work around clarity, transparency, and community trust, with an emphasis on health literacy and authentic storytelling across a rural population that it says requires nuance in how care information is communicated.
Scope includes social media content, short-form video, photography, press releases, feature writing, campaign development, and support for crisis and sensitive communications. NCH also expressed interest in partners with experience in podcast or video series production and workforce storytelling. Proposals are due June 26.
