KKR invests in digital marketer

Private equity firm KKR has acquired a majority stake in digital marketer Alchemer.

“Demand for user experience solutions is growing as companies increasingly prioritize customer and employee engagement,” KKR partner John Park said in a May 18 press release. “We believe Alchemer has the right model and team to serve this growing need and look forward to supporting its continued innovation and growth.” 

Alchemer offers a customer experience feedback and data collection software platform to its more than 13,000 clients around the globe.
