The Buffalo Bills and Kaleida Health have extended their partnership, with Kaleida Health remaining the team’s official healthcare provider and securing naming rights to the Bills’ training facility.

The facility will be called the Kaleida Health Performance Center, a year-round hub for player training, recovery and team operations, according to an April 2 news release.

Bills President of Business Operations Pete Guelli said the partnership continues to support community health initiatives across western New York. Kaleida Health President and CEO Don Boyd said the collaboration will expand health outreach and programming tied to the performance center.

The partnership has also driven community engagement efforts, including a 2020 fundraising campaign sparked by quarterback Josh Allen that raised more than $1 million for a children’s hospital in Buffalo. The Patricia Allen Fund, created afterward, has grown to nearly $17 million in donations as of November 2025.

Buffalo, N.Y.-based Kaleida Health, a nonprofit and the largest health system in western New York, employs nearly 10,000 people and operates several hospitals and care facilities across the region.
