Walmart launches mental health digital platform to support caregivers

Walmart teamed up with BetterUp to create a mental health platform designed to improve the overall well being of caregivers.

BetterUp for Caregivers, which launched on Walmart’s Wellness Hub March 10, will provide caregivers with customized tools and community support including:

  • Weekly group coaching with certified professionals
  • Live classes to manage stress
     
  • Interactive exercises, quizzes and games to track well-being
     
  • Community support programs
  • Personalized assessments 

The program, designed by behavioral scientists, is a subscription-based service costing $30 per week.
