“The company cannot assure that its exploration will result in Veradigm pursuing a transaction or that any transaction, if pursued, will be completed on attractive terms, if at all,” according to a May 28 news release from the company. “Veradigm has not set a timetable for completion of the evaluation process and does not intend to disclose further developments unless and until it is determined that further disclosure is appropriate.”
This comes as Veradigm has made leadership changes.
Yin Ho, MD, interim CEO of Veradigm, will step down from her position June 7 with Tom Langan, the company’s president and chief commercial officer, assuming the role.
Additionally, the company’s interim CFO, Lee Westerfield, agreed to extend his term of service with Veradigm until Dec. 31.
