Remote patient monitoring company raises $18M

Optimize Health, a remote patient monitoring company, raised $18 million in series B financing.

The company aims to use the financing to scale its operations, expand its product portfolio and grow its market presence. According to Optimize Health’s website, the company syncs with major EHR vendors.

The financing round was led by Foundry and Escalate Capital Partners, according to an Oct. 10 Optimize Health news release. The company’s technology is designed to lower costs and boost patient engagement.
