Health tech clearinghouse company Office Ally has acquired electronic claims processor Jopari Solutions.
Office Ally’s all-payer clearinghouse network is used by over 80,000 healthcare organizations and annually facilitates more than 1 billion transactions between providers and payers, while Jopari offers electronic medical billing, clinical attachments, and electronic payment solutions.
The acquisition enhances Office Ally’s long-term goal to “modernize healthcare administrative and financial workflows through greater automation, interoperability, and straight-through electronic processing,” according to an April 2 news release.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
