Cloud-based behavioral digital health company ContinuumCloud has released a new Care Journeys feature for their CaredFor application.
The Care Journeys feature allows care providers to assign tasks and track patients' progress. ContinuumCloud hopes this feature will engage patients between sessions and lead to a better care experience, according to an Aug. 29 ContinuumCloud news release.
"We've designed Care Journeys to enhance service delivery and maximize the impact of traditional treatment," ContinuumCloud Director of Product Ben Wilkins said. "In a few simple steps, providers can evolve their care plans into a digital format delivered to patients in the palm of their hand. This enables organizations to provide more resources to those in need, while efficiently scaling their operations."
