If approved, Baptist Easley would construct a $9 million, 20,000-square-foot cancer treatment center that would include a $2.6 million linear accelerator. St. Francis’ plans include an $11 million, 50,000-square-foot outpatient cancer center that would house the linear accelerator and double in size when St. Francis adds a free-standing emergency room.
