CareCognitics’ digital check-in and marketing and patient acquisition application tool, MyCareAlly, will be available to all Athenahealth customers, according to an Oct. 25 press release.
The tool automates patient reminders, walks patients through self-service check-ins and intake forms, and eliminates no shows.
