The app includes videos on hospital best practices and digital communication tools for clinicians. The tool is designed to reduce clinical overload, according to an April 11 Elemano Health news release shared with Becker’s.

The news comes after the University of Rochester (N.Y.) Medical Center-Golisano Children’s Hospital partnered with Elemeno to launch its own workforce app.

“Our nurses are already accessing the most up-to-date clinical practice information and training resources more quickly than ever,” Arkansas Children’s Northwest Chief Nursing Officer Michael Howard, DNP, RN, said in the release. “Most importantly, this will lead to improved patient outcomes. We’re also pleased Elemeno empowers our nurses to have more voice in the resources and education they need.”

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
