The acquisition will add MyHealthDirect’s platform to Experian Health’s existing suite of data-driven solutions for revenue cycle management, patient engagement and more. Experian’s analytics capabilities will also be applied to MyHealthDirect’s platform, which manages real-time scheduling and authorization processes for patients, providers and payers.

According to Jennifer Schulz, who oversees Experian Health, the acquisition will help Experian “evolve our front-end patient access and patient engagement capabilities by creating solutions that improve consumer convenience while optimizing care across healthcare providers.”
