Survey: 47% of IT leaders plan to increase spending on predictive analytics in 2018

Half of IT leaders anticipate budget increases in 2018, according to a Feb. 7 survey released by data and marketing services firm International Data Group.

For the survey, IDG polled 186 IT leaders across various industries about their technology budgets and spending plans in 2018.

Here are the top 10 technologies respondents plan to invest more in during the next 12 months.

1. Predictive analytics: 47 percent
