For the report, the health IT research firm interviewed respondents from 129 healthcare organizations about their experiences with cybersecurity firms.
Here are four popular cybersecurity firms, ranked by their advisory, technical and managed services capabilities. The vendors were scored on a scale of zero to 100.
1. CynergisTek (based on 24 customers): 92.6
2. Optiv (based on 11 customers): 87.8
3. Fortified Health Security (based on 12 customers): 85.7
4. Deloitte (based on seven customers): 79.8
KLAS Research also provided data on another cybersecurity firm, FireEye, which earned a score of 89.5. However, KLAS Research noted the limited sample size of only five customers hindered it from generalizing the findings.
